- We are open year round.
- To Confirm Baker House 1650 reservations, guests are required to furnish an advance deposit of 50% of the cost of the entire reservation (100% for one night reservations).
- All reservations and incidental charges must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
- All reservations are subject to the N.Y.S. Sales and Hotel Tax (9.5%).
- Check-out time is 12:00 noon. Guests are welcome to use our spa changing room after check-out until 4:00 pm.
- Cancellations are subject to a service charge of 10% of the full reservation. In addition, for cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival, the guest will be responsible for the entire reservation unless the room can be rebooked. (Rooms are not regarded as rebooked until all rooms have been reserved. If we are unable to rebook the room, we will try to accommodate you by applying the non-refundable fee to another stay within the same year.)
