Breakfast

Your day starts with a sumptuous breakfast served garden-side, in our breakfast room or if our prefer, in your guest room. Delivered with your choice of morning paper, we use only local and organic produce as well as farm products that are prepared and presented to perfection.

Spirits

Drinks are served from one of our well-stocked bars containing a selection of the finest spirits and a superb selection of fine wines by the glass or bottle. Single malt scotch, small-batch bourbon, champagnes and cognacs are also available.

Amidst our impeccable English gardens and beautiful sweeping lawn, you’ll find our infinity-edge pool artfully placed and often photographed and published for its matured, natural beauty.
Rest among vine-covered garden walls, under our 200 year-old wisteria, for a leisurely experience.
During the summer, we provide complimentary parking passes for exclusive nearby East Hampton Village Beaches, as well as Frette beach towels, umbrellas, and chairs.

Indulge

One of our most distinct and unique amenities is The Baker Spa. Completed in the fall of 2000, The Baker Spa features a counter-current pool, sauna, steam shower, soaking jacuzzi tub and changing room.

Although modern in all aspects and facilities, the spa was created to feel organic to the original house, a peaceful place that seems always to have always been there. The Baker Spa is complimentary for all guests, who also have the opportunity to reserve the spa for private use, massages, facials and purification. Guests also receive a complimentary pass to work out at the nearby and fully equipped Sag Harbor Gym.
