Hamptons inns host 'Bedside Reading' weekend in March

We are excited to announce a special weekend for book lovers! We are partnering with the East Hampton Chamber of Commerce and hosting a special “Hamptons Bedside Reading Weekend” the first weekend of March featuring The Tall Poppy Writers. The special weekend is being held from Friday, March 1 through Sunday, March 3 and book lovers will enjoy cocktail parties, book signings and SO much more. In honor of the weekend, we’re offering a special “Hamptons Bedside Reading Weekend” package. The package includes: a two night stay in one of our luxurious rooms, full breakfast each day, one set of each selected book, entry to all five book events, a $100 dining credit to the Topping Rose Restaurant and a welcome gift bag. The weekend will kick off on Friday, March 1 with a “Meet and Mingle” cocktail party from 6 to 8 p.m. at The Topping Rose House and Amy Impellizzeri will be signing her book “Why We Lie.” The weekend continues on Saturday, March 2 at White Fences Inn, The 1770 House and our very own Baker House - Bed and Breakfast in Hamptons. Each location will host a different author at different times, click here for a full schedule of events.  Join us at The Baker House from 5 to 7 p.m. and enjoy a special “Pop the Cork” champagne cocktail party featuring author Kelly Simmons signing her hit novel “The Fifth of July.” The weekend will close on Sunday, March 3 at Maidstone Hotel at 12 p.m. where light refreshments will be served and author Sandra Block will be signing her book “What Happened That Night.” We hope you’ll join us!
